Counseling for couples that are looking to strengthen their relationship or marriage and working on issues that are affecting their relationship such as communication, intimacy, affairs, arguments, feeling unappreciated and finances. Sessions are 60 minutes.
* Individual counseling
Counseling for individuals that wants to work on themselves. Area of concerns may be anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, family problems and work issues. Sessions are 50 minutes.
* Group Therapy
Counseling for a small group of people.Current group available is the stress management group which will be starting on July 7th. 2023 from 1:30pm – 2:15pm.
* Premarital counseling
Counseling for couples that are planning to get marry. Your premarital counseling will consist of eight sessions, where couples will be learning about healthy communication, conflict resolution, affection and sex, finances, relationship roles and family relationships. Sessions are 50 minutes.
* Career counseling
Counseling for individuals that are not sure what career choice is best for them. Whether you want to explore your career option or need help with your resume, I would be happy to assist you. Sessions are 50 minutes.
* Notary Service
Notary service includes administering oaths, taking acknowledgments, certifying photocopies, verifying VIN number and certifying contents of a safe deposit.
